The Bench was started by Christy Nolan in the Houston/Pearland area after nearly 25 years building products, operating systems, and enterprise workflows. The company exists for people carrying more than one person’s worth of work — founders, agents, small business owners, team parents, and households that need practical help, not another tool to manage.
Christy is a product-and-operations builder with experience across enterprise environments including Pfizer and NRG Energy. That background matters here: The Bench is not built around AI tricks. It is built around workflow clarity, handoffs, accountability, customer follow-up, and the everyday operational pressure that keeps good work stuck.
